This FSG is designed to assist you in deciding whether to use any of the financial services we offer.
This FSG is an important document and contains information regarding:

About us and the financial services we are authorised to provide to you
TradingVibe holds an Australian Financial Services Licence ("AFSL") No. 569224 under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) and is authorised to provide the following financial services to both retail and wholesale clients:
(a) provide general financial product advice for the following classes of financial products:
(i) basic deposit products;
(ii) derivatives; and
(iii) foreign exchange contracts.
(b) deal in a financial product by applying for, acquiring, varying, disposing of, or arranging a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products:
(i) basic deposit products;
(ii) derivatives; and
(iii) foreign exchange contracts.
TradingVibe is not authorised to issue financial products and is not authorised to provide custodial or depository services or otherwise hold client money or client property.
Who will provide the financial services to you?
Services are provided by qualified employees for and on behalf of TradingVibe.
How will the services be provided?
Upon becoming a client of TradingVibe, you will have access to online educational material where you will be taught about the financial markets.
We will provide you with general financial product advice through various channels, including:

We will only provide services to you with your prior, informed consent. If you do not understand any of the information in this FSG or have any other questions regarding the terms under which we operate, please contact us.
While providing our services, other financial matters may arise. However, we are not authorised to provide services in relation to any financial product except those listed in this FSG. For other financial matters relevant to you, we recommend seeking specific advice from the appropriate professionals.
What is general advice?
There is an important difference between "general advice" and "personal advice". We provide you with "general advice", which means that we have not considered any of your individual objectives, financial situation or needs. If we provide you with general advice, we will provide you with a warning that the advice may not be appropriate to your needs, financial situation or objectives.
Please retain this FSG for your reference and any future dealings with us. We may also add documents at a later date which will also form part of this FSG, and these should be read together with the FSG. These documents will include the word "FSG" in the heading.
What risks are involved in trading the financial products we may advise you on?
The derivative products we provide general advice on involve risk. A description of the risks associated with each product will be outlined in detail in the relevant Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS"), which will be provided to you by the product issuer.
You should consider the information contained in the relevant PDS before investing in or trading in any financial market.

We may provide other documentation as required. These documents may include educational material, client agreements or other offer documents.
What fees and commissions are payable to us?
Fees for providing you with our services are received by TradingVibe.
All fees described in this FSG include GST unless otherwise stated. We will explain all fees payable by you prior to any general financial product advice being offered to you.

Associations and relationships which may influence our advice to you
From time to time, we may accept alternative forms of remuneration from product providers or other parties, such as hospitality or support connected with our professional development (for example, training or sponsorship to attend conferences). We maintain a register detailing any benefit we receive which is valued at between $100 and $300, and other benefits that relate to information technology, software or support provided by a product issuer, or that relate to education and training purposes.
Conflicts of interest
TradingVibe does not have any other relationships or associations that might influence us in providing you with our services.
Compensation arrangements
We have arrangements in place to maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance as required by section 912B of the Corporations Act. This insurance provides cover for claims made against us and our representatives, including claims in relation to the conduct of representatives who no longer work for us, but who did so at the time of the relevant conduct.
What should you do if you have a complaint?
TradingVibe has an internal dispute resolution process in place to resolve any complaints or concerns you may have, quickly and fairly. Any complaints or concerns should be directed to the TradingVibe Complaints Officer using the details provided in this FSG.
We will seek to acknowledge your complaint promptly and will investigate your complaint and provide you with our decision and the reasons on which it is based in writing within 30 days.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, or the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you have the right to refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority ("AFCA"). TradingVibe Pty Ltd is a member of AFCA, membership number 143943. AFCA provides a fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
